Instructions:
1. Marinate the Pork:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade, making sure all pieces are well coated.

- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers.
